One of the most vocal Shiba Inu proponents, the founder of Gokhshtein Media, David Gokhshtein once again reaffirmed his support for the meme token.
In his latest tweets, Gokhshtein joked that he would be spending his SHIB tokens to buy groceries.
Earlier the SHIBA fan commented that the popular meme coin would do “epic shit”, and stated he has “enough SHIB” at the moment.
Gokhshtein, throughout time, has thrown his weight behind the meme coin.
Gokhshtein in his earlier tweets claimed that not all meme coins have the same potential for success as Shiba Inu does. Despite his “extensive research”, he hasn’t yet come across anything that can be compared to SHIB.
The most recent remarks come after Shytoshi Kusama, the leader of the SHIB development team, used Twitter to provide a sneak preview of SHIB Metaverse to be showcased in SXSW, an annual event held in Texas, USA.
As he specifically stated, the poster that Kusama shared is a screenshot from the Shiba Inu Metaverse. The WAGMI Temple appears to be depicted in the screenshot, one of the 11 hubs that will be made available to all players once the SHIB-based virtual universe starts.
The project is created by the SHIB team in partnership with The Third Floor studio.
On the other side, the memecoin experienced a surge in its burn rate after a period of a downtrend. As per data from Shibburn, the SHIB burn rate, was up by a whopping 2,452% despite the negative sentiment that has engulfed the crypto market of late.
