Shiba Inu main developer Shytoshi Kusama is contributing to the narrative that the release of the Layer 2 scaling solution may be sooner than anticipated as the Shiba Inu community excitedly anticipates the release of Shibarium beta.
The official Shibarium Telegram address was posted on Twitter by the primary developer for SHIB, who also instructed Trophias to “open the chat.” The primary developer for SHIB is quoted as saying, “This room will remain speechless until Shibarium is launched,” in a Discord snapshot shared by “Shib Dream.”
Shibarium’s beta launch was further heightened by Kusama’s modification of his Twitter bio to “caring for the life’s pine tree. Flute playing is quickly learned before Shibarium is placed in a heart-shaped box with a bow.”
Kusama compared Shibarium to a “pine tree” in a previous tweet, saying that it requires “water, sunlight, and correct soil.” In addition, he said that “even in the coldest winters, pines survive and thrive.”
Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) and Shiba Inu Prices Reach New Heights
Two important tokens of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, SHIB and BONE, have shown a significant climb over the last 24 hours as well as over the course of the last week overall, bringing them to new local highs. SHIB has fallen to $0.000012, but the value of the ShibaSwap Bone token increased to $1.50. Since yesterday morning, SHIB has increased 6.40% and is currently trading in the green at $0.00001221.
By now, BONE has displayed a slight retreat from the $1.50 level and is trading at $1.48. The token’s increase over the last 24 hours is currently 3.66%. The primary reason for the current growth of these two meme currencies is that the SHIB development team recently announced the impending debut of Shibarium beta version. Shibarium is a Layer-2 solution that enables users to conduct more transfers on the network without experiencing any network congestion, transact at low costs, and transact at a significantly faster rate than before.
The BONE token is intended to be used to pay transaction fees on Shibarium. This is the reason why the price has increased noticeably since the most recent news of the beta release. Additionally, users have been stocking up on this token, as the number of BONE holders has risen from 67,000 to 68,000+.
The impending debut of Shibarium has typically encouraged Shiba Inu price increase. The SHIB army has been anticipating it since the beginning of 2022. The anticipated increase in SHIB’s price is one of the causes of it. Developers of Shibarium want to destroy these meme tokens after converting a portion of transaction fees into SHIB. The community anticipates that by doing this, trillions of Shiba Inu will be taken out of circulation, increasing the token’s scarcity and bringing it closer to the desired $1 level.
